• For £80 per month we offer the following services:
• Visiting your property each week and checking every room to ensure there are no problems.
• Ensuring heating and hot water are on prior to a notified visit.
• Forwarding or dealing with any post or messages which arrive in your absence
• Booking ski passes and lessons, restaurants etc. prior to your arrival.
• Advising on and paying local bills on your behalf.
• Attending to small repairs to the property or equipment and arranging visits by local specialists where necessary.
• Accepting delivery of goods you have ordered.
• Arranging gardening and mowing services during your absence.
• Help cope with any crisis which may occur during your, or your guests visits, such as lost luggage, illness accidents (lost children a speciality)...
